Return To Your Roots is a 14-week group ancestral remembrance & reclamation journey for BIPOC to learn to live in a life-giving relationship with their ancestors so they may reconnect with & embody their ancestral wisdom & truth to feel unshakably guided on their path.

As A descendant of immigrants…
You’ve been separated from the land of your ancestors.
Stripped from the comfort & familiarity of the frequencies of the land your lineage called home for centuries.
Fragmenting parts of your soul, assimilation leaving you disconnected from your roots.
You’ve also been a victim to colonization,
Colonization separating you from the generational wisdom of your lineage.
Disconnecting your people from the Truth of who they were & forcing them to assimilate into something that they were not in order to survive.
RETURN TO YOUR ROOTS was created to support you in cultivating a life-giving relationship with your ancestors so that you may return to familiar frequencies of the motherland that you long for & reclaim the ancestral wisdom & Truth taken unfairly from your lineage due to colonization.
You see, no matter the physical distance from the Motherland or the erasure caused by colonization, you can NEVER be separate from the essence of where you come from.
In your DNA, you hold an unbreakable energetic memory of the culture, wisdom, gifts, traditions, recipes & ways of living that your ancestors once intimately knew.
And these frequencies are all part of who you truly at your core; for when you remember who your ancestors were, you remember who you are -- for they are a reflection of you.
Return to Your Roots is a journey designed to strengthen & develop the connection you naturally hold with your ancestors so that you may not only commune & communicate with them to receive guidance & support but also uncover the pieces of your Truth that are linked to you ancestry so that you may express & embody your Truest Self in this life.

I am Angela. As a trauma-informed intuitive guide, ancestral wisdom keeper, healer, writer and old soul, I am in deep devotion to spreading a message of liberation through the work that I do.
3 YEARS AGO I OPENED UP THE DOOR THAT LED ME TO MY CONNECTION TO MY ANCESTORS.
The ancestral door that…
☽ Changed the way I viewed my innate spiritual nature as an immigrant & a descendant of the oppressed.
☽ Supported me in feeling closer to the disconnected parts of me that longed for the flavors, experiences & purest essence of the Motherland that held the memory of my people.
☽ Would anchor me into my roots so that I may spread my wings blessed by the wisdom & support of my ancestor and reclaim what was taken from my lineage due to colonization.
3 years of embodying, integrating, learning, unlearning and communing with my ancestors have opened up infinite possibilities, deep remembrance & revival of my culture & traditions, and feeling closer to my ancestral gifts & medicine than ever.
Now, 3 years later, I am ready to share a piece of my heart through a group journey revolving around ancestral remembrance, connection & reclamation – the way of life that has transformed my reality.
This group journey is only for BIPOC for a reason; I believe this work is undeniably necessary & important in our communities due to what our ancestors endured in order to survive.
This is our birthright; it always has been and I won’t stop until every BIPOC who feels called to this work takes back what was stripped from their people so they leave a new legacy of liberation behind.
As a WOC with Indigenous ancestry, I feel strongly connected to the Earth, plant medicine, animals, dance as movement, cyclical living, living by the stars & moon, & creation as spirituality. All things I teach & infuse into my life’s work.
It would be my deepest honor to guide you during this experience of ancestral remembrance & reclamation.

CONTAINER DETAILS
We officially begin our journey on the week of Monday, July 18th (Cancer season, baby!) and our Opening Ceremony will be on Tuesday, July 19th.
All live circles will be held via Zoom and a recording will be available. We will decide as a community on the weekly call time that best suits our schedules.
The program is 14 weeks long with 2 integration/rest weeks in between.

This live cohort of Return to Your Roots is a space for BIPOC only, where we honor brave space as priority in equitable mentorship for BIPOC and those with marginalized identities.
This is a place where our values align with advocating for social justice, where we acknowledge the privileges we may have and show up with compassion to uplift those who carry more marginalized identities than us. During our container, we will move through threads that will help us unpack toxic new age spirituality & reclaim the traditional spiritual rituals of our ancestral lineages.
I desire for every soul who joins us on this journey to feel safe, seen, heard and held in their lived experiences as we reclaim what is rightfully ours, call on our ancestral strength and dismantle beliefs, thoughts & patterns born from systems of oppression.
